The Government Inspector
Rachel Park directs Stephen Mulrine's translation of the Nikolai Gogol 1836 comedy, which bears staggering similarities to our contemporary world. The Government Inspector taps into current political and popular culture's sense of public and private surveillance as all of the small town's dirty dealings are exposed.
